Section Information

Modern Scouting is split into 3 major sections these are Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts and Scouts.  Within the 17th each of these sections has their own leadership team that has been trained to work with their specific needs and requirements.

Beavers is aimed a 5 to 7 year olds

The starting step in the Scouting Family.  Beavers concentrates on bringing the young people together, using crafts, games, sleepovers and providing a great adventure for the young mind.  Beavers is open to boys and girls both able bodied and disabled.  All Beaver Leaders are trained volunteers with a passion for bringing the Beavers into Scouting.
